Never had an issue personally, and have always been treated well whenever i have visited. offices appear clean and inviting and well staffed. I do have a few comments, 1) i agree with another poster on the comment made about the students - there is not enough social housing and too much is being given to students instead so the balance is not quite right in my opinion - especially when historic Exeter buildings are being pulled down to develop new buildings - i am all for growth but the residents of Exeter deserve a slice of the cake 2) i am not a fan of the automated phone service as sometimes you can end up anywhere and 3) the disabled parking is lacking - there is space for two cars but any spare space available is marked off in white lines with just the one space in the middle which seems silly. Considering what ECC have to work with i feel that they overall do a good job, and i enjoy living in Exeter.
Need to sort out their local housing priorities and stop building student accommodation everywhere in the centre. Apart from that, good

Health and safety awareness , polite and knowledgeable, helpfull and more than capable to keep up with demands in industry
Certainly better now than ten years ago, staff are more helpful yet under more pressure in this PC and H&S society, the arrangement of waste types is good, sometimes have to ask where to put something and once I wasn't able to drop my waste (domestic) when the bin men missed my house one week. [ had to find alternative method]

I find it hilarious that people go on here to complain about local government. 5/5.
