The best vets we have ever used have been with them many years now highly recommend

Great vets. Starting along my pup here after lots of research. These vets came highly recommended. Excellent friendly service so far.

Took our new puppy Tash for her first jabs last Monday and we were made to feel very welcome and relaxed. Lovely branch and great customer service. Thanks, Maxine Spurr

One of the smaller vets but you get a lovely individual personal service. My cats aren't as stressed being taken to this vets surgery. Highly recommended

I'd give the front staff and nurses 5 stars, they are great, nothing is too much trouble and they are really informative and if they don't know something they'll find the answer for you. Best reception staff and the nurses are very knowledgeable and friendly. The staff are awesome in the adjacent pet store too. The vet however disappointed me. Being a former veterinary nurse myself I just wanted to dipstick test my dog's urine to make sure he didn't have anything else other than a case of..."drank too much water due to the heat and can't stop peeing everywhere." I took up a morning sample of urine and a fresh one that he did on the way. The only thing I was offered was a £70 cost to send away to a lab. I don't believe that they don't have in-house testing they could do at a fraction of the cost. This vet seemed more about money than looking after my dog. I know for a fact they can do in-house testing as a neighbour had it recently for their dog. I've just now got home and gone online to order a box of dipsticks to test his urine myself. Real let down when the rest of the staff are awesome, I will however return and continue using them I'll just use a different vet. I've been recommended Bronwyn.

I bring my girls (dogs) up here but will only see 1 lady vet called Bronwyn ummm cant spell lol i take my chinchilla to a different vet as they have exotic pet specialist there, not sure about here though.
